岗位职责:

1、 制定客户关系管理计划,带领客户经理、分类销售人员做定期的客户拜访,以深入了解客户需求、维护客户关系,促成各分类销售订单的获取。
1、 Formulate the CRM(customer relation management)plan, lead the customer manager and classification sales to visit the customer regularly
2、 统筹管理本分子公司/地区的客户资源,做好CRM管理。
2、Managing the customer resource of the molecular companies , manage the CRM well
3、带领团队,发掘潜在客户需求,开发新的市场商机,促进新产品的订单获取。
3、Explor the prospective cusmer requirement, develop the market opportunity and promote obtaining the indent of new production with team
4、竞争对手、潜在市场等信息的获取与分析。
4、Obtainand analyz information of the competitor and potential market
5、根据市场调研,制定营销策划方案,并监督推进实施。
5、According to the market research ,formulate market planning scheme and supervise the implement. 
6、制定本部门团队建设计划,培养督导下属提高各项业务能力,并完成本部门招聘、优化等任务。

任职要求:

1、 年龄30岁以上,本科及以上学历。
1、 Above 30 years od , bachelor degree or above
2、 Above 8 years’ working experience,comprehend with business ,language , technology of oil
and gas industry, market researck and marketing plan , etc
3、 具备丰富的商务知识和国际化营销视野;
3、 Have business knowledge and international marketing view abundantly
4、 优秀的沟通和商务谈判能力,能够出具客户关系运维的方略;
4、 With good communication and negotiation ability, can provide the general plan about customer relation management
5、 熟练掌握的市场信息调研与分析能力,能够提供各类营销策划方案;
5、 Good at market information researching and analyzing , can provide kinds of market planning scheme
6、 熟悉公司产品知识、流利的英语。
6、 Be familiar with company’s production , good at English
7、 积极进取的工作态度,善于学习,优秀的组织协调能力,较强的团队领导力,沟通能力强,具备较高的商业敏感度。
